How long does it take for Medicare to update there files showing I have Medicaid?

I turned in in Medicaid eligible on 11-05-09 and I will state Health Care A & B beginning 1 January 2009. How long should take so that the state Health Care update it 'the representation of the file s quaify for extra help paying the requirements?
